After an invigorating dose of 700 years of history at the National Museum of Singapore, I walked down to one building that represents the incredible transformation that Singapore has seen over the last 50 years.
I am talking about CHIJMES, a convent for girls and a chapel which has been transformed into a high-end retail and fine-dine Mecca.
