This morning, the time came to say goodbye to Korea. I must say in the two days that I was here, I did experience a bit of Korea's past and its present, and I was left amazed at the pace at which Korea had transformed itself in the last 60-odd years.
Checking out just before dawn, to catch a bus to the airport...
As we cross the Incheon Bridge, the sun rises and it is obvious why Korea is called the Land of the Morning Calm...
Reached the airport...
Waiting to checkin. There is a group of 40-odd Taiwanese sportspersons traveling on the same flight. Their shirts say they are from Chinese Taipei!
Plane spotting left me hungry, so popped into the Asiana Lounge for some light breakfast...
Up on cruising altitude, headed for Taipei's Taoyuan Airport!
My inflight meal - spicy pork, rice and raw tofu with strawberry yogurt!
The girl across the aisle covered her face, draped a jacket and dozed off...

After a brief transit halt at Taipei, we took off again for Hong Kong!
