Panoramas Of Paris... Part II

We stayed back at the Tour Montparnasse well past dusk to enjoy the panoramas of Paris. The time was well spent and we enjoyed the sights of this lovely city, all lit up...

Fiery skies in the horizon as we continue gazing at the La Dame de Fer, the Eiffel Tower...

And we had many for company...

There she is, the graceful lady...

And I fell in love with the lovely colours of nature...

I can't help, but ogle at the Eiffel...

The lights are starting to be lit...

Wow!

Who won't fall in love with this sight?

Years back, I used to wonder why Paris was so loved by all those who visited this place?

Now I knew why...

Les Invalides at dusk...

Isn't she so pretty?

Now the Eiffel looks as though she were made of gold...

For a moment, I get distracted by the skies...

The lovely skies again...

And she stands tall, she stands strong...

Every hour, sparkling lights come on for 5 minutes, until 1 AM every night. These sparkling lights are superimposed over the golden lighting...

The sparkling light display is made up of 20,000 light bulbs (with 5,000 on each of the four sides)...

The display is indeed breathtaking...

The stunning display charmed us no end...

Isn't that lovely?

The Eiffel and Les Invalides...

The beacon come on...

The powerful beacon sends out two light beams with a reach of 80 kilometres...

Les Invalides looks so pretty...

The beacon points at the Tour Montparnasse...

Stunning...

And finally we fight our senses and say bye to this lovely sight!
