Landing into Istanbul's Atatürk Airport, I had the same expectations as earlier. I was looking forward to spotting some exotic airliners from different corners of the world - exotic carriers and beautiful birds that we do not get to see in India.
The excitement began after the extra smooth landing...
This is the home base of Turkish Airlines and as expected there was a sea of red all over...
The first exotic airliner - a Royal Air Maroc Boeing 737 from Morocco...
Getting on to the taxiway...
...I spot a Boeing 737 of Ukraine International Airlines, the flag carrier of Ukraine...
Uzbekistan Airways Boeing 767 heading to Tashkent...
A Turkish Airlines Airbus A321...
An Atlas Global Airbus A321, a Turkish airline with operations in Europe and the Middle East...
The baby-bus - a Turkish Airlines Airbus A319...
A grainy, zoomed in, shot of the Airbus A320 of Air Moldova, the national airline of Moldova...
A Saudi Arabian Airbus A320...
An Aegean Airlines Airbus A320...
Airbus A320 of Afriqiyah Airways which is based out of Tripoli, Libya...
I spot something exotic there - a Libyan Airlines Airbus A330...
Loved the golden tail of the Libyan Airbus A330...
A Turkish Airlines Airbus A321 in the Star Alliance livery...
Turkish Airlines has nearly 300 aircraft in its fleet...
We were parked on a remote parking bay...
A view of the ramp from the bus...
An another exotic bird - an Iberia Airbus A320...
Zooming on the bird from Madrid's Barajas airport - I have loved the Iberian livery ever since I was a kid...
