On the flight from Mumbai to Hong Kong on board Cathay Pacific's CX 696, it was again time for some Up In The Air moments!
After takeoff westwards, we turned 180 degrees eastwards to set course for Hong Kong...
And I got a good view of Mumbai...
After a quick dinner, I went into a deep slumber only to be woken up by the announcement that we were about an hour away from touchdown in Hong Kong. And that was right in time to catch the sunrise!
Sun rises and sun sets from the Up In The Air perspective have always enchanted me!
And finally the life-giver, the Sun appears!
And approach into Hong Kong has always excited me as tiny emerald islands dot the South China Sea making it an enchanting vista...
But there was just too much cloud cover today...
And I just realised - it is Valentine's Day today! And I am going to do what I love the most, in a few moments - Plant Spotting At HKG!
