And it's Plane Spotting time for me at this exotic new airport - the Tan Son Nhat International Airport, in Ho Chi Minh City which goes by the IATA code, SGN, derived from the city's former name of Saigon.

I love this old livery of Etihad, though the new one is pretty good too...

Conventionally, Turkish Airlines isn't a part of the ME3 club of Emirates, Etihad and Qatar Airways but with Turkish Airlines having the widest coverage across the globe it is often included in the ME3 + 1 group...

I must confess that Turkish is a lot nicer and far less parasitic than the ME3...
