And today is my third day in Morocco, after the blur of a whirlwind of hectic meetings yesterday, with little time to pause...
My day began pretty early with a traditional Moroccan breakfast, which is quite heavily influenced by the French colonial traditions, for instance, the croissant was amazingly delicious. The lamb sausage was quite spicy, and boiled masar daal (lentils) were quite nice...
The city is decked up for a few international events happening here currently - the climate change conference and the summit meeting convened by the King Mohammed VI with African heads of state to discuss economic cooperation...
The weather here is amazing - it is a bit nippy, but nice...
Moroccan flags...
Palais des Congrès - venue of the Morocco-Africa summit...
Zero emission electric buses for public transport!
I quite liked the city - clean and wide roads, with modern buildings all over...
And I hope to explore the city later, but for now, I am bracing up for another meeting marathon...
